Generator Systems Spare Parts
Our presales team has deep knowledge of various generator brands and their compatible material standards. Most important parts are heat and sound thresholds of the generators and isolation requirements accordingly.
Glasswool
Glass wool is an insulating material made from fibers of glass arranged using a binder into a texture similar to wool. The process traps many small pockets of air between the glass, and these small air pockets result in high thermal insulation properties.
Rockwool
Mineral wool insulation (also called rock or slag wool insulation) made from rock, blast furnace slag, and other raw materials which are melted and spun into fibers to resemble the texture of wool. Mineral wool comes in batts, rolls or loose-fill forms.
Acoustical Foam
Foam boards can be used to insulate almost any part of your home, from the roof down to the foundation. This product is class O flame proof level and used for generator cabinets and power rooms mostly. They provide good thermal resistance and often add structural strength to your home.
Gasket
Provides heat, sound, isolation and suitable for ingress protection for ten years of life cycle and easy application with adhesive band.
Locks & Hinges
The set screw in GN 437 hinges allows the mobility of the hinge to be changed, and also generates a constant braking torque adjustable across the entire rotating range. The rotation of doors and flaps is inhibited, preventing inadvertent movement.
Pins & Washers
Welding self-locking washers or locking plates are mainly made of high quality of stainless steel. They can snap the insulation weld pins tightly. The washers are accordant with ship industry standards. Weldpins insulation weld pins are made of high quality of Q195 low carbon steel wire. After nail production, rubbing steel wire, annealing to reach 1200 Celsius.
Ceramic Tape
Provides high temperature Insulation papers for use as back-up insulation or gaskets or seals.
Piston & Rings
The piston acts as a movable end of the combustion chamber. The stationary end of the combustion chamber is the cylinder head. Pistons are commonly made of a cast aluminum alloy for excellent and lightweight thermal conductivity.
Exhausts and Mufflers
Reduces radiant heat by up to 70%, helps keep the interior or trunk of your vehicle cooler, can also reduce vapor lock if mufflers are near the fuel tank or fuel lines, kits include stainless steel locking ties
Powder Paint
First, powder coating results in a thick, dense finish on metal products which can be more durable and longer lasting than conventional painting. … Fourth, powder coating is an environmentally safe finishing process because it produces few volatile organic compounds
Looms & Cables
Wire is a single electrical conductor, whereas a cable is a group of wires swathed in sheathing. The term cable originally referred to a nautical line of multiple ropes used to anchor ships, and in an electrical context, cables (like wires) are used to carry electrical currents.
